Kelly Services Marketing Manager in Fillmore, Minnesota

We are seeking an Marketing Manager role for a leading health benefits company based in Minnesota!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business hours, Occasional Overtime ( REMOTE )

Pay: $35-40/hr DOE

Duration: 4 Months


Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions. Associates must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed. Responsible for developing product marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds market-specific, product-marketing plans.

  • Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations.

  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.

  • Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.

  • Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.

  • Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.

  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Required skill set:

Marketing and content development work. Interpreting of brand guidelines and brand voice and translating this to content and creative development to activate brand and content campaigns across digital marketing channels.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Managed care experience preferred.
