Job Purpose Summary

• We are seeking a Machine Tech with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team.

What you will do

• Operate manual milling machines to produce blanks for finishing.

• Use of polishing and buffing equipment to prep surgical instruments for finishing.

• General cleaning and maintenance of machines.

• Follow company safety and regulatory policies

• Backup/ team coverage of other functions

• Other projects and duties as assigned by to other departments

What you will need

• Possess a mechanical aptitude with practical information retention.

• Knowledge in the use of measurement instruments including micrometers and calipers.

• Positive attitude with good attendance and time management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or equivalent experience.
