The ideal candidate is a self-starter | | with a "handyman" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced | | manufacturing environment. This role involves a combination of | | general labor, facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and occasional | | deliveries. | | | | ### Responsibilities: | | | | - General Labor: Maintain shop cleanliness and organization | | daily. Perform general building maintenance and repairs, | | including minor plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, and | | carpentry work. Assist with snow plowing during winter months. | | Maintain yard and landscaping during spring and summer. | | - Equipment Maintenance: Assemble new tools and equipment, both | | small and large. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, | | including cleaning air conditioner radiators, changing air | | compressor filters, conducting oil changes, etc. | | - Deliveries (Optional): If qualified, utilize a valid | | Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to make deliveries as needed. | | - Other Duties: Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by the | | supervisor. | | | | ### Requirements: | | | | - Experience: At least one year of experience working in a shop | | or manufacturing environment. | | - License (Preferred): Valid CDL is a plus. | | - Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background | | check. | | - Physical Demands: Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 | | pounds. Comfortable working in a variety of environments, | | including both indoors and outdoors. | | | | ### Schedule: | | | | Full-time position. Primarily Monday to Friday.
