Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking dependable and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Fenton, MI. 1st Shift is Mon-Fri 6:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m.; some Saturdays may be required.

2nd Shift is Mon-Fri 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.; some Saturdays may be required, includes 10% Shift Premium pay

Pay will be $18-$26 hourly, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Perform setups and some programming using Mastercam software
• Utilize and maintain live tooling equipment
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure production efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC Lathe machining experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Mastercam software
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience with live tooling is a plus
• Ability to perform setups and some programming
• Possession of own tools required
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Must be able to pass a background check
