What youll do

• Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

``` - Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures.

```{=html}

``` - Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

``` - Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

```{=html}

``` - Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards.

What youll need...

• Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills

``` - High School Diploma or equivalent

```{=html}

``` - Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment

```{=html}

``` - Previous plant production software experience

```{=html}

``` - Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures

```{=html}

``` - Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
