NANA Regional Corporation Logistics Management Analyst (Property Book) in Fayetteville, North Carolina

Working as a Property Book Team Chief you will assist the Property Book Officer (PBO) with the oversight and management of property using an Army-approved accountable property system of record (APSR) Global Combat Support System (GCSS-A). Manage MTOE and TDA authorizations to identify excess and shortages and take appropriate actions such as conduct turn-ins, Lateral Transfers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that property book records are properly completed daily, including that only authorized individuals listed on DA Form 1687 have signed the documents and that all documents pertaining to the action are being maintained IAW Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).

  • Reviews and provide technical guidance on all documentation involving property accountability matters submitted by USACAPOC (A) Groups, Commands, and DRU to ensure it complies with all applicable policies and regulations, on an as needed basis.

  • Reviews subordinate unit’s authorization documents (e.g., Modification Tables of Organization and Equipment (MTOE), Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), TDA Section III Supplemental Items and Common Tables of Allowances (CTA)) and ensure all each authorization is properly input into The Army Authorization Document System (TAADS) or have a valid due-in requisition, on a weekly basis.

  • Monitors completion status of all inventories and advise the Government on any that are not conducted within prescribed periods set by AR 710-4.

  • Provides accountability guidance, technical and/or administration assistance to all supported units on sustainment matters involving the Property Book.

  • Assists the Government in performing property book maintenance on a weekly basis.

  • The Contractor shall review serial number balances for accuracy, reconcile Property Book errors and reviews all 'BA' supply status codes as needed.

  • The Contractor shall review property book Type Authorization Codes (TAC) and property Book Identification Code (PBIC) for accuracy, recommending that the Government correct as needed, and assist the Government in ensuring that Property Book quantities are accurate.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance SECRET level or higher.

  • 5 years' experience working on a Property Book Team using the current system of record (GCSS-A).

  • Be knowledgeable and familiar with the Army the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program ( AESIP ).
