Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role is pivotal in a digital tax compliance software industry, working within an onsite call center environment. The job involves handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, or chat.

• Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions for productivity assessment and continuous improvement of services.

• Document all customer inquiries by creating and managing cases in a case management system.

• Be actively involved in special projects such as site testing and client support initiatives as directed.

• Conduct outbound calls for complex issues that require additional interactions for resolution.

• Adapt to changes in processes and policies as determined by the leadership.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Handle customer inquiries with a high level of detail and commitment to customer success.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer literacy, including internet applications and Microsoft Excel.

• Remain calm in stressful situations, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent attendance. Requirements • Role requires no specific years of experience, making it suitable for individuals at the beginning of their careers

• Candidate must possess skills in answering inbound calls, demonstrating an ability to handle customer queries effectively

• Experience or familiarity with a call center customer service environment is desirable

• Strong customer service skills are essential, with a focus on providing excellent service to all customers

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute positively to the overall team performance

• Problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally

• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection if remote work is required

• Proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary, including familiarity with email and chat platforms

• Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of the business and our customers

• High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum educational requirement.
