Ensure that workstations are properly cleaned and stocked at the end of every shift. Perform cleaning and stocking duties. Serve and refill beverages, dinner rolls and butter and all other dinner sides. Clean tables, replace table linens, set tables, carry dirty dishes, and replenish supply of clean linens, glassware, silverware and dishes in restaurants and during dining special events. Requirements: Must report to work on time with clean uniforms and maintain appearance according to Nemacolin policies and standards. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test at employer's expense. Work Hours: Employer will offer a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Open 7-days a week (including Holidays). Shifts are 6am to 2pm; 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am. Must work weekends and holidays; days off vary. Overtime: As needed only. On the Job Training: Yes Wage Offer: Workers will be paid no less than $16.26 per hour; Overtime wage $24.39 per hour. This is a tipped position and therefore workers will receive a base wage of $11.14 per hour with the employer taking a tip credit of $5.12 per hour. No employees will make less than offered wage rate $16.26 per hour (combined cash wage and tips). Employees will keep all tips except for contribution to a tip-pool for other qualifying tipped employees. Any shortfall will be covered by the employer. Paid bi-weekly. Will use single workweek as standard for computing wages due. Deductions: The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Additional deductions include optional employee housing. Housing: Optional shared dorm style housing with utilities and wi-fi included is available for a fee of $87.50 per week (deducted via paycheck). Benefits: Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Transportation and subsistence to the place of employment: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for the reasonable cost of transportation and subsistence using the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of $ 15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. Visa and visa-related expenses: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Tools: Will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Daily Transportation: Transportation to and from the worksite is available for workers that elect to live in the offered housing. All other workers are responsible for their daily transportation.
