Adecco US, Inc. Accounts Receivable Administrator in Farmington, New York
Adecco is seeking a determined and qualified Accounts Receivable Administrator for a manufacturing client in Farmington, NY. Available Shifts:
1st Shift 7:30am – 4:30pm
$18-19/hour
Responsibilities:
Enters accounting information into the accounting system
Ensures ACH/EDI deposits are cashed off accurately and in a timely manner
Understands when deposits can be made in TMW and when best handled in GP
Organizes checks and remittance information for scanning to the bank
Watches carefully to make sure total checks and deposit amounts balance
Cashes off checks accurately and timely noting any differences in amount billed to amount paid on remittance advice
Keeps track of unapplied money to follow-up on later when necessary
Identifies and alerts the manager to any potential problems such as excessive short pay/overpay
Confirms agent offices are included in the communication regarding write offs
Communicates all problems with the manager
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), an associate’s degree is a plus
1 year of relevant experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
