As an Office Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinical staff. Your duties will include coordinating intake processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with human resources functions. You'll also play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and clients, ensuring that our office is a place where recovery and growth can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and organization

  • Coordinate intake processes, including screening, paperwork completion, and financial verification

  • Support hiring managers with onboarding new team members

  • Collaborate with the billing department to ensure timely processing of admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including document preparation and chart management

  • Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers

  • Supervise team members and foster a collaborative work environment

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and agency policies

  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and record-keeping procedures

  • Assist in quality assurance by reviewing and correcting file/charting deficiencies

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, administration, health management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university OR

  • High School education and four (4) years' experience in office duties and management

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced computer skills in Word & Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to mental health and substance abuse treatment

  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance

  • Must successfully complete a background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect screening

  • Must complete New Hire Orientation and all required training, including Relias, at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
