Our client currently has an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the service industry, based in the South Metro area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and verifying academic and employment information. You will also be tasked with accurate data entry, conducting online searches, and using excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.

• Verify academic and employment information through outbound calls.

• Enter information accurately into the database.

• Conduct online searches for additional verification.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.

• Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Maintain professional phone skills at all times.

• Multitask effectively to ensure efficient operations.

• Use internal systems to manage and organize data.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative

• Proficiency in Outlook

• Typing speed of 35+ WPM

• Experience in a Call Center environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with customer queries and complaints

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
