Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Reports to : Fleet Operations Manager

Department/Team: Fleet Operations

As a member of the Operations team, you will be working closely with our Operations Coordinators as well as the Customer Experience team to provide our customers & our partners with superior customer service throughout the order & delivery process.

Job Responsibilities : Acquisitions & Delivery

  • Order Status

  • Receive, document & communicate order status updates from dealerships & manufacturers to stakeholders

  • Obtain & verify manufacturer acknowledgment of order & equipment

  • Enter order status information into database

  • Maintain ETA to driver status

  • Identify & track orders that fall outside of expected production timelines

  • Order Delivery

  • Work with dealership personnel to coordinate the pick up or delivery of vehicles to customers & their employees

  • Communicate expectations to our customers and our vendors to ensure deliveries occur within established guidelines

  • Maintain vehicle delivery & return paperwork, as well as monthly reporting

  • Work with internal staff to ensure the previous leased vehicle is scheduled for pick up & disposal

  • Coordinate & schedule internal delivery personnel

  • Team

  • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer support, business development & accounting

  • Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work

  • Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility

  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors

  • Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

What Motorlease Offers

  • Salary: $40,000-$48,000
