What’s a typical day as a Machine Assembler? You’ll be:

• Performing complex assembly tasks

• Measuring in both inch and metric units

• Working from blueprints, part lists, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

• Responsible for troubleshooting and improving related processes for productivity and efficiency

• Maintaining an organized and clean work area

• Attending applicable meetings and implementing resulting decisions

• Following and enforcing company rules and regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in machine tool assembly or 5 years' experience in manufacturing of machine tool parts, maintenance, or service

• Are able to lift up to 50 pounds without aid and perform repetitive reaching and bending

• Are familiar with documentation, drawings, and part lists

• Can read simple schematics and blueprints and work with accurate measuring devices

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, and a forklift license is a plus
