We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Farmingdale. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines.

• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Train, mentor, and develop production staff.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

• strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
