We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in the linen and textile supply industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality linen products and services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and related sectors through networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging in-person presentations to showcase our linen products, highlighting quality, durability, and service benefits tailored to client needs.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals, targeting specific market segments to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for product offerings and improvements.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

  • Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices in sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
