Job Details Responsibilities Home Health Aide Coordinator Our Home Health Aide Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily patient assignments, assessing Home Health Aide availability on a weekly basis, entering supplemental orders into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), coordinating vendor Aides as needed, interacting with patients/families regarding Aide placement and schedules, and maintains a log of in-services attended by the Home Health Aides. Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years office experience, preferably in a health care environment Excellent organizational/communication skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent customer service skills Salary Range USD $27.00 - USD $30.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
