Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Operate forklifts to handle and move inventory.
Serve as a team lead and guide other team members.
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Engage in mechanical assembly and general labor tasks.
Work in the Shake Department to clean metal parts by removing scrap metal.
Perform physically demanding tasks for up to 8 hours a day.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in operating forklifts.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of mechanical assembly and general labor tasks.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Work Environment
The work environment is loud and consistently busy. Employees must be proactive and seek out work if tasks are not immediately available. Standing around is not an option. The position is primarily in the Shake Department, where employees handle physically demanding tasks involving cleaning metal parts. Candidates must be willing and able to perform strenuous physical labor for 8 hours a day.
