We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Crew Manager with a strong background in general construction, specifically in the areas of concrete, insulation, waterproofing, and concrete repair. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction teams, ensuring project quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a full-time position with significant potential for growth within our company. Main office warehouse is located in Farmingdale NY.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily operations of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Supervise and train crew members in best practices for concrete work, insulation, waterproofing, and concrete repair.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to maintain project progress.Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and address any issues that arise.Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.Utilize experience and knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.Report project progress and any potential delays or issues to upper management.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in general construction, with dedicated experience in concrete, insulation, waterproofing, and concrete repair.Experience managing and leading construction teams.Preferably BPI Certified (Building Performance Institute).Strong organizational and communication skills.Bi-lingual: English and Spanish.Ability to work in various locations across Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
