Overview
The Manager of Revenue Management provides analytical support for the Corporate Revenue Management team and helps deliver on their objectives through ad-hoc analysis, modeling, reporting and insight generation. Provides support to commercial finance, commercial pricing and promotional teams with reporting and recommendations focused on Corporate Revenue Management strategic objectives, results, and business insights. Reports to SVP, Revenue Management and partners with Revenue Management VPs to investigate market specific trends and needs, as well as special projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct specific pricing and promotional analyses by market/channel/brand; pack price curves, brand ladders, and promotional lift/ROI to identify areas of opportunity to drive accretive top and bottom line growth
Perform broad portfolio-level analyses across markets to provide targeted Revenue Management recommendations to market stakeholders; work with the region and state teams in the consolidation and analysis of large datasets
Develop tracking models to help monitor the adoption of Revenue Management pricing and promotional guardrails/procedures
Design, build and manage reporting tools such as performance dashboards to be utilized by corporate, region, and state teams to monitor progress towards long-term objectives/strategy
Develop an analytics hub for the Revenue Management team; Provide oversight and development of corporate analysts supporting all RM functions (Pricing, Promotions and Commercial Finance) to include management of their projects and providing training on systems and processes to enhance their capabilities
Assist in building cross-market Revenue Management capabilities and work cross-functionally to help educate the organization on the key pillars of Revenue Management

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Business or quantitative field
3-5 years of experience with emphasis on pricing, financial analysis, and data modeling
Must be a self-starter and work within competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Physical Demands

Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
