Job Title: Packaging Line Worker

Job Description

Candidates will be standing on an assembly line, packaging different products depending on the orders. This position is very repetitive and requires great communication.

Responsibilities

• Stand on an assembly line and package various products according to orders.

• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with team members.

• Label and pick products as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging, production, and general labor.

• Proficiency in packing, general production, labelling, picking, and working on a packaging or assembly line.

• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand in one place for extended periods, with rotations every 2 hours.

• Capability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Work Environment

The work environment can be a bit warm, and you will be required to stand in one place while working in a team. The 1st shift runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime on Saturdays. The 2nd shift runs from 2 pm to 12:30 am, Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Fridays.

This is a Contract position based out of Faribault, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.44 - $20.44
