Butler Ag Technical Communicator Manager in Fargo, North Dakota
The Technical Communicator (TC) Manager oversees the TC department for all processes involved. This position requires industry related experience and knowledge in order to provide leadership/guidance to a team of Technical Communicators, who are the company's SMEs for troubleshooting machines companywide. The TC Manger will develop a good working relationship with all internal and external customers to provide resources to our service team. This position will ensure communications are expedited to service departments and prioritize an ongoing list of top priorities to review with our suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the TC team, vendors, and departments within the organization to identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiencies.
Coach the TC team to increase the overall performance, efficiency, and team morale.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendor reps to review product health issues, warranty issues, and new changes to processes.
Monitor product issues to identify repetitive failures in a specific system or component.
Continually build long-term strategy for the TC team.
Collaborate with the Safety team to continue building out and updating safety protocols.
Prepare and publish knowledge articles informing team of specific issue and documenting repair process.
Work with BMC and supplier technical training departments to focus on training needs and processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong technical experience and training related to the field
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Completion of Lead Yourself for internal candidates is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented.
