General Job Description: Area software reseller/solution provider is seeking a Solution Analyst that will be responsible for assisting with pre- and post-sale solution consulting, solution configuration/installation, end-user training and ongoing system support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale Support

• Technical support of the sales process
• Work with sales to develop statements of work during the sales cycle.
• Solution consulting and software design
• Defining solution capabilities and integration capabilities

Post-Sale Support

• Determine solution requirements, study Opentext and other vendor related documentation and understand offered solution capabilities.
• Understand our various product offerings and pass vendor administered study courses.
• Have a proficient understanding of PC and network infrastructure as well as Microsoft SQL database.

``` - Be able to perform unit testing as well as testing of solutions in a controlled environment using real-world situations and test cases. - Provide support and maintenance for customer solutions before and after go-live. - Some travel will be required (minimal)

Desired Qualifications:

- - Experience with Microsoft Server products, Active Directory configuration, and IIS.

- - SQL Administration and database manipulation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Understanding of computer networks and TCP/IP configuration and routing. - Familiarity with the characteristics of image file formats and compression. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent written, listening, and communication skills (including interpersonal). - Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. - Strong software and information technology knowledge base. - Professional appearance. - Strong analysis and judgment skills. - Works well in a team environment. - Strong telephone presence and consulting skills. - Microsoft Certifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
