Position Overview:

As our Production Supervisor, youll oversee all aspects of our installation, service, and warehouse operations, making sure that every stepfrom the warehouse to the job siteis efficient, safe, and customer-focused. Youll be a key player in building and retaining an outstanding team, motivating them with innovative incentive programs and a career-growth culture! What Youll Be Doing:

• Recruiting and Retention: Drive our workforce by hiring skilled technicians, measure experts, and installation crews, while crafting incentive programs to keep top talent engaged and excited.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise and streamline production and service operations, ensuring each job meets our high standards in both safety and quality.
• Safety Management: Be a champion for safety! Conduct job site inspections, enforce OSHA standards, and lead safety committees to ensure every team member gets home safe.
• Fleet and Equipment Management: Keep our vehicles, tools, and equipment ready to roll with routine maintenance and branding checks, ensuring the Western Products standard is represented everywhere.
• Scheduling and Logistics: Collaborate with schedulers and supervisors to maximize efficiency across installations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Customer-Focused: Drive customer satisfaction through consistent communication and by maintaining a seamless operation that exceeds expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities for lean practices, lead efficiency initiatives, and oversee productivity measures to support our mission of operational excellence.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in production management, ideally within home improvement, construction, or a related field.
