[Education for Crew Member[: [Ability to identify common landscape components, shrubs and perennials is helpful. Experience is preferred but will hire candidates eager to learn.

[Skills Required for Crew Member[: [A passion for hardscape construction or landscaping, willingness to learn the landscape trade, ability to handle the physical demands of the landscaping business and weather. As a crew member, you must be able to take direction from a crew leader and maintain a quick, steady pace. Valid drivers license with ability to drive a standard truck is preferred.

[Desirable Characteristics[: [Interested in hardscape construction, landscaping, plants and gardening, friendliness, team player, hard worker, can-do attitude, anticipating the next step, efficient speed, task/goal oriented, good communication skills, eager to learn, willing to be flexible.

[Our need for crew members coincides perfectly with a college student looking for a summer job, with the perk of having weekends off. We are interested in re-hiring each summer for an extended season if its a good fit. We are also eager to employ an individual who wants to work in early Spring and late Fall.
