Position Overview:
As our Installation, Quality and Service Supervisor, youll be the key to delivering high-quality installations and a seamless customer experience. Youll oversee field crew installations, conduct quality control inspections, and provide on-the-job training to ensure our teams have the technical skills and safety knowledge they need. Youll be our front-line leader, managing the flow of each project and working directly with customers to make sure theyre happy with the results!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Daily Field Supervision: Lead our installation and service teams, ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact on-site for our customers, addressing questions and making sure punch-list items are completed professionally and promptly.
- Technical Training and Development: Provide in-depth training for installers and service technicians, focusing on technical skills, product knowledge, and safe work practices.
- Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections and provide feedback to field teams to ensure that every installation is completed accurately and to Western Products standards.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Resolve on-site issues as they arise, keeping projects on track and ensuring our customers have a positive, seamless experience.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure that all installation and service teams use the proper safety equipment and follow best practices to create a safe working environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Solid experience in installation and service supervision within home improvement or construction.
- Strong hands-on technical skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle real-time issues on-site.
- A dedicated trainer and coach whos passionate about helping their team improve and grow.
