[Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Parts Specialist. In this role you will maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts, assist customers and technicians in identifying and obtaining the necessary parts, and ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance. The role requires strong knowledge of the products and excellent communication skills to support both internal and external customers.

[Pay $22-26/hour DOE [Monday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm

**[Responsibilities: [-Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing parts [-Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to avoid shortages [-Organize and label parts for easy identification and access [and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages [-Order parts from various vendors based on internal requests or inventory levels [-Verify and ensure accuracy of purchase orders, including pricing and quantity [-Answer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status [-Stock parts in designated inventory locations, maintaining organization and accessibility [-Assist with physical inventories as needed [-Update computerized inventory records to reflect current stock levels [-Receive incoming parts shipments, inspecting for damages or discrepancies [-Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues [-Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas
