CLEAR Employer Services Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Fallsington, Pennsylvania

The Griff Network, located in Fallsington, PA is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative General Description :

This role will act as a liaison, to provide excellent customer service, manage inside sales activities, and help our customers find the right solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for helping customers and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional

and efficient manner.

• Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and order status to

customers.

• Process orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and

customer satisfaction.

• Assist with inside sales activities, including lead generation, quotes, and order

processing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and

customer loyalty.

• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to address

customer needs and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and

communications in the ERP system.

• Monitor customer accounts and suggest new products or services based on

customer needs.

• Respond to customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring positive

resolutions.

• Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as required.

• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales trends to support business

decisions.

Competency of Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role; experience in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues and support the sales team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in   a customer service field

  • High School diploma or equivalent required 

  • Business to Business work experience is preferred
