ManTech Senior SharePoint Developer in Falls Church, Virginia
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr. SharePoint Developer to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members. Should be able to articulate program objectives, progress, and risks in a clear and concise manner.
Perform as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
Perform as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned SharePoint developers working on a specific project.
Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of projects, including in the design phase of a project.
Work with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
Participate in the development of software user manuals.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent
Proficient in SharePoint development technologies, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Add-ins, SharePoint REST API, and PowerShell.
Deep understanding of SharePoint development standards and best practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to develop robust, scalable SharePoint solutions.
Experience with SharePoint architecture and infrastructure, including SharePoint farm topology, service applications, web applications, and content databases.
Able to design SharePoint solutions that are both performant and scalable.
Be able to identify and solve complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
Be able to troubleshoot issues and debug code efficiently.
Experience with customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and pages.
Be able to develop custom SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to SharePoint design principles.
Should have strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with agile development methodologies and be able to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred
