The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated concession stand worker to lead within an energetic environment at the Warner Coliseum during the Minnesota State Fair! This position can be expanded to a year around position for the right candidate. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality customer service and food preparation.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading concession stand staff and operations to ensure a successful service.

• Assist in keeping accurate inventory of stock within the storeroom to aid management in ordering.

• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• At least one years’ experience in a food service supervisory role

Compensation:

$19-21/hour depending on experience
