Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Forklift Experience Required)

Salary: $16.46- 17.96

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks, including unloading trucks, moving inventory, and performing quality control. Forklift experience is required, as this role will also involve operating forklifts to move boxes and pallets into the appropriate locations. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Move boxes and pallets to designated locations on the warehouse floor.

• Open boxes, remove units and collateral, and scan items into the inventory system.

• Perform tasks in multiple areas, including Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, Deboxing, Inventory, and Quality Control (QC).

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Ensure that all items are scanned accurately into the system.

• Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs., and bend/lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Follow company safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

• Work efficiently in a high-speed, high-volume environment to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification and previous forklift operation experience required.

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

• Ability to bend, lift, and move frequently throughout the workday.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, or Deboxing.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Pay Details: $16.46 to $17.96 per hour
