Family Preservation Case Manager is needed at Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties! This position is full time with excellent benefits. The Family Preservation Worker will be part of the public service team at Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties! The ideal candidate will develop and monitor case plans, collaborate with families, and complete necessary documentation to meet State Department/Agency regulations. Your duties will include meeting with families, providing support, conducting assessments, and processing thorough documentation. You will also participate in meetings and training, educate the community about neglect and abuse, maintain professional relationships, coworkers, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. Effective communication, respect for clients, and adherence to privacy rules are key aspects of this role.
