Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. This role involves a mix of mechanical (75%) and electrical (25%) responsibilities. The successful candidate will primarily work on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems, as well as perform low voltage troubleshooting on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines. A basic understanding of TIG welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems.

• Conduct low voltage electrical troubleshooting on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines.

• Diagnose and repair issues with photo eyes and sensors.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper maintenance and repairs.

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with hydraulic systems.

• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical machinery.

• Ability to troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems.

• Knowledge of photo eyes and sensors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76544.00/yr.

Full company benefits from day 1 including health, vision, and dental. PTO and 401k are also effective day 1.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,OH.
