What You'll Do The Financial Manufacturing Analyst will provide clear insights and analysis regarding manufacturing volumes, trends, plant variances, and productivity metrics to ensure plant sustainability and profitability across all of Standex Electronic manufacturing locations. Support the Vice President of OPS and site leadership in the development and tracking of key manufacturing KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Responsible for the monthly tracking and reporting of productivity and other cost saving initiatives by region, plant, and cost type to support monthly site reviews and forecasting calls. Support the procurement team in the development of tools and metrics to monitor purchase price variance by site for material inflation tracking. Monitor, report, and analyze plant manufacturing costs, production material and labor vs. target on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Work with operations and finance team to ensure capital expenditures reporting is maintained monthly along with support quarterly reporting of Capex by site, type, etc. Partner with BI team to leverage PowerBI where applicable for the above reports as they are finalized. Provide leadership in their respective area of responsibility by promoting a customer-based culture within Standex Electronics. Performs other duties and oversees projects/assignments as directed by the FP&A Director. What You'll Bring A BS in a business discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years financial analysis and/or manufacturing operations experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated excellent computer skills (with MS products, Excel, ERP, BI) Demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills.
