This is a summer intern job. Estimated timeframe is 12 to 14 weeks. Tasks may include: assist G2S Team with transferring files from MS Teams to SharePoint site, entering date to project tracking spreadsheet, archive dated files from OEMA Shares directory, assist with set up of OEMA project file structure, record new incoming G2S RFP's and create electronic folders in SharePoint, research potential sources via 3rd party look-up, and send pre-formatted e-mails to potential G2S suppliers and assist with follow-up e-mails.

Under direct supervision, performs various tasks for ASRC professional staff. May perform technical, mechanical or historical research to assist staff in preparation of deliverables. May prepare reports and correspondence. Typically represents college students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing an undergraduate degree.

High school diploma and 0-2 years' experience required
