Job Type: Full Time. Base Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday


This position is designed to perform all functions pertaining to data generation and maintenance of study folders and associated reports as dictated by the current Organizational Chart and as directed by the Supervisor of Administrative Services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and meet the educational and experience requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for typing draft, summary and final reports for all departments as directed by supervisor. Responsible for data entry into Excel or other formats as directed by supervisor.
  • Responsible for Portable Document Format [PDF] data management which includes copying, scanning, and mailing reports; including proper placement in CPTC database systems
  • Secondary coverage of the Reception area which includes FED EX/UPS Shipping, postage meter, and catering for staff and clients.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma
  • AAS in Business Management, or applicable certifications (preferred)
  • At least 3 years clerical experience in an office environment. Must have extensive knowledge of MS Word/Excel/DocuSign with formatting functions.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and phone reception. Knowledge of office equipment such as copiers/postage machines. Knowledge of shipping software such as FED EX/UPS.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Evidence of a strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams.



OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Must have initiative and problem solving / analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Must have proficient computer skills in the following: Windows Word, and Excel
  • Must be organized, flexible, and able to work independently, as well as with other team members.
  • Applicant should possess the ability to organize testing information for assigned projects and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
On an average 8-hour day this position requires the ability to walk, sit and stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms at or above shoulder height and below waist height, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear, and smell. This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision requirements including reading of written documents, visual inspection of materials and use of computer monitor screen and mouse/keyboard frequently.
