ManpowerGroup Customer Service and New Billing Support Associate in Fairfax, Vermont

Our client, in Georgia, VT is seeking a customer service and new business support associate to join their team. The Customer Service and New Business Support Associate is responsible for supporting the U.S. sales team. More specifically coordinating all client-based information for each Sales leader and their respective clients.

Job Title: Customer Service and New Business Support Associate

Location: Georgia, VT

Pay Range: 22 - 25 an hour. Based on Experience

What’s the Job?

  • Enters new accounts and purchase orders into X3 billing system;

  • Manages and processes sample requests, replacements, and call tags for shipping;

  • Coordinates with the company and accounting departments on billing, collecting, new customers, and month-end financial information;

  • Respond to client requests and questions regarding service, products and account information, updating Sales Team and/or Client directly;

  • Analyses and rectifies clients concerns using established procedures;

  • Acting as the main link to sales representatives for delivery of information;

  • Coordinate and assist in executing new client implementation;

  • Responsible for the reception and follow up of purchase orders, must ensure that all pertinent information is considered in the production planning process and then communicated to Sales Team and clients;

  • Provide status update to Sales following client visits, provide meeting minutes for key follow-up items, and circulate to the respective group;

  • Responsible for coordinating charge backs;

  • Coordinate beginning to end package development, print, and inventory management;

  • Creation of Wrike requests for artwork updates, new packaging requests, or new SKU development;

  • Follow up with regulatory to track open packaging requests;

  • Liaison with clients in tandem with Sales to review packaging requests, artwork requirements, regulatory edits and facilitate printing

  • Review existing inventory and alert clients or internal packaging team.

  • Calculates freight cost and coordinates customer preferences;

  • Processes and maintains records of backordered items and coordinates release, shipment, and invoice once confirmed in stock and released from shipping;

  • Manages and maintains pricing structures;

  • Prepares and mails billing invoices to clients;

  • Enters various company deposits to appropriate company banking accounts;

  • Communicates with sales staff, clients, clinics on various questions, problems, inquiries and more;

  • Completes other tasks, as assigned.

What’s Needed?

  • Associate’s Degree; OR

  • 3-5 years related data entry or Customer Service Representative experience; OR

  • Equivalent of relevant education and experience; AND

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must; AND

  • Ability to prioritize work; AND

  • Ability to function well under pressure; AND

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; AND

  • Good problem solving abilities; AND

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints knowledgably and respectfully; AND

  • Proficient with Microsoft office and practical use of spreadsheets.
