Description:

Project Review: Analyze project plans and specifications to confirm the complete scope of work.

Customer Engagement: Attend pre-bid meetings (both in-person and virtual) and conduct site visits to understand project requirements and identify potential site challenges.

Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risk issues, determining their significance and impact.

Information Gathering: Solicit pricing and information from subcontractors and suppliers.

Deadline Management: Independently meet estimating deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Detailed Takeoffs: Conduct thorough takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment needed for various electrical construction projects, including Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable sectors.

Bid Information Management: Facilitate the flow of bid information among customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and operations teams.

Documentation Creation: Prepare and send scope letters and quotations to customers.

Proposal Follow-Up: Follow up with customers regarding submitted proposals.

Project Support: Assist project managers with submittals during the pre-construction phase and support large project estimates alongside other estimators.

Schedule Development: Create project schedules that outline construction workflows and deadlines to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Bid Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate, professional bid proposals and supporting documents.
