Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Capture Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in our capture and proposal efforts. This role will lead the design and development of technical solutions for federal RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQs, with a focus on crafting innovative strategies that meet the evolving needs of federal clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in federal cyber, cloud, and infrastructure technologies, while familiarity with AI and Customer Experience (CX) is highly desirable.

In addition to leading solution design, the Senior Capture Solutions Architect will work closely with delivery teams to leverage their expertise and will engage directly with customers to understand their current needs and future strategic requirements.

 Lead the development of technical solutions for federal proposals, ensuring alignment with RFP, RFI, and IDIQ requirements.

 Collaborate with capture managers, business development teams, and technical experts to create innovative, mission-driven solutions for federal customers.

 Engage with employees on the delivery side to gather insights and expertise, ensuring proposed solutions are grounded in practical knowledge and operational experience.

 Attend customer engagements, meetings, and briefings to understand current and future requirements, challenges, and strategies.

 Develop comprehensive technical narratives, architecture diagrams, and other solution documentation for proposals.

 Maintain and update corporate capabilities, practice areas, and the technology roadmap to stay aligned with federal requirements and market trends.

 Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially in areas such as cyber, cloud, AI, and Customer Experience (CX).

 Ensure solutions meet all compliance, regulatory, and security requirements as set forth by federal agencies.

 Support technical presentations, orals, and Q&A sessions during proposal and capture activities.

 Mentor and guide junior members of the technical and proposal teams.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

 Minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, with at least 7 years supporting federal capture and proposal efforts.

 Strong expertise in federal cyber, cloud infrastructure, and IT modernization solutions.

 Familiarity with AI and CX technologies, with the ability to integrate these into solution strategies.

 Experience working with delivery teams and understanding operational requirements for successful solution implementation.

 Proven experience in developing technical solutions for federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQs).

 Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

 Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or similar are preferred.

The pay range is between $140-190K Experience with DevSecOps, automation, and AI-based solutions.

 Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, and RMF.

 Familiarity with customer experience (CX) platforms and strategies for enhancing government services.

 Previous experience supporting large-scale federal IDIQs and GWACs. null
