This role is crucial in ensuring the | | production of high-quality components while adhering to safety | | standards and operational efficiency. | | | | Responsibilities | | | | - Set up, align, and secure molds in machines | | - Install dies and gripping devices | | - Adjust machines to ensure they function properly and safely | | - Troubleshoot common problems | | - Test machines to verify they conform to die setups | | - Make minor repairs and adjustments during production | | - Instruct machine tool operators on how to use the machines | | - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the | | manufacturing facility. | | - Die Setter candidates will have preferred minimum of 5 years' | | experience in die setting 1000 ton presses or larger. | | - ERP experience a plus - PLEX preferred. | | | | Skills | | | | - Die setting or metal stamping experience | | - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs | | - Attention to detail | | - Ability to work independently, with precision and attention to | | detail | | | | Join our team as a Press Operator, where your skills will contribute | | significantly to our production processes, ensuring the highest | | quality standards are met in every component we produce. | | | | Hours vary based on production levels. 40-56 hours/week. | | | | Current Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1, some mandatory Saturday's | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
