Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Exton, Pennsylvania. As a Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure in a manufacturing setting. Your role includes overseeing Windows Server administration, network management, and backup operations.

(5 days a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with local and global teams to troubleshoot network issues and maintain a stable environment.

• Administering Windows Server: Handling Active Directory

• DNS, DHCP, GPOs administration

• Ensuring reliable backup operations using Veeam.

• Administering and maintaining physical and virtual servers, including DAS, NAS, and iSCSI storage systems.

• Collaborating with external vendors to manage third-party system services.

• Performing system audits, managing patches, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

• Providing occasional end-user support: handling IT tickets and assisting with computer issues as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server is required

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with DHCP - DNS is essential

• Ability to carry out Basic Network Troubleshooting is necessary

• Expertise in DNS - Domain Name System is expected
