Job Description

About the role:

As a Pricing Operations & Eligibility Analyst I, you will review, evaluate and execute pricing guidance provided by BU and Managed Markets as memorialized in contracts. You will ·manage customer pricing (WAC, 340B, ASP, Contract Pricing, etc.) and customer eligibility for both Takeda’s direct & indirect customers within the Model N Flex application, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates. You will work with the appropriate Plasma Derived Therapies and Hematology sales teams, C&P Contracts Team, DD&T, and Government Pricing to ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of WAC, commercial and government price points data and to help businesses determine and set competitive prices.

How you will contribute:

  • Manage, trend, and publish, as needed, pricing reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all pricing and eligibility activities for various customer/price points.

  • Ensure any and all variances or data integrity issues are documented, analyzed for impact, and communicated.

  • Work closely with the Contracting, Chargeback and Customer Service teams to ensure customers & contracts are set up in a timely manner with correct eligibility and pricing.

  • Support internal/external audits by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.

  • Perform all data and process controls. Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and initiatives, maintain associated documentation.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree and 2 years business experience, or 4 years business experience

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities to maximize results. Pays close attention to project deadlines and schedules.

  • Health Care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry would be ideal.

  • 10% travel required.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$56,000.00 - $88,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
