Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Exton, Pennsylvania. As a Billing Clerk, you will be working remotely and will be provided with a laptop. You will be handling various tasks related to invoicing and billing, using various software systems including Microsoft Excel, ERP, or Salesforce. The role is primarily focused on managing and resolving issues related to accounts payable and ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle invoicing and billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Resolve issues related to accounts payable.

• Confirm orders as part of the billing process.

• Ensure accurate record keeping of customer credit information.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, ERP, or Salesforce for various tasks.

• Answer inbound calls related to billing and invoicing.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Comfortable in Answering Inbound Calls
