Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 1ST, 2ND, AND 3 SHIFT. THIS IS NOT A SET SCHEDULE.

• Feeding, catching and stacking corrugated sheets at machine feed and stacking stations.

• Assisting machine crew in order setups including setting heads, mounting of print plates and dies, maintaining safety, quality and required housekeeping standards.

• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment

• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting

• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.Makes ready, assists operator and assistant operator in maintaining corrugated manufacturing press machine in which you are assigned. (rotary die cutters, flexo folder gluers, labeler and folder gluer machinery)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 9 hours at one time

• working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
