Job Title: Service Technician

Job Description

Candidates considered for the Service Technician role will be responsible for traveling to various sites and working on client-specific machines. They will utilize various hand and power tools to complete work orders. Sites are typically movie theaters, gas stations, and arcades. Candidates will be given a service vehicle that they will use to travel throughout the western Washington area (Bellingham to Vancouver).

Responsibilities

• Travel to various sites and work on client-specific machines.

• Utilize various hand and power tools to complete work orders.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate a willingness to travel.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor around national accounts.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge and experience.

• Clean driving record and willingness to travel.

• Good customer service skills and presentable around national accounts.

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience.

• EPA Universal Certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working with refrigerants and HVAC.

• Service Technician experience on machines such as soda fountains, appliances, ATMs, etc.

Work Environment

Working in different locations each day, Service Technicians will use a service vehicle to travel to convenient stores, restaurants, and stores like Target and Walmart. The typical workday starts between 6-8 am and usually lasts 10 hours. Training will be done during the day shift, Monday to Friday, until fully trained. After training, schedules will be either Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TACOMA, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00
