Adecco US, Inc. Facilities Maintenance Technician in Everett, Washington
Adecco is helping their client in Everett, WA find their next Entry Level Maintenance Technician.
As the maintenance technician, you will be assisting the Facilities Department work on a variety of projects throughout the facility. Candidates must be interested in repairing, building and being responsible for project completion.
Basic Job Duties:
Complete a variety of duties assisting in repairs and inspection through the building.
Change AHU and HVAC filters as needed.
Install/Replace copper plumbing lines and other bathroom fixtures.
Maintain Facility maintenance schedules to determine necessary repair or upkeep.
Maintain 16 restrooms and fixtures
Other duties as required to support the Facilities department
Maintain conference rooms for cleanliness and repair/report broken items.
Essential Job Requirements:

Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects.
Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl for long periods of time.
Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures.
See and hear well (either naturally or with correction).
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Speak, read and write English.
Have a valid WA state drivers license.
Additional Qualifications:
Candidates must be good with people and ability to provide good customer service.
Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
Forklift certification and/or ability to learn and pass certification
Able to work outside to perform grounds maintenance tasks all year round.
Willing to work overtime.
Basic Computer skills requires, Outlook, Teams, CMMS , Laptop provided.
Job Details
Candidates must be onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay is $19.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience.
Temporary to permanent position.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
