Providence St. Joseph Health Facilities Engineer in Everett, Washington

Description Facilities Engineer - Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett (Full Time, Swing Shift) Work Schedule: Swing shift 8.5 hrs. per day, 3pm to 11:30pm, Rotation shift 1st week Tuesday thru Saturday, 2nd Week Sunday, Tuesday thru Friday. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems, structures and associated electrical, mechanical, environmental and utility equipment and distributions. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Mathematics, Mechanics, Electrical, Blueprint Reading. Completion of recognized apprenticeship journeyman program; OR full journey status; OR extensive applicable work experience, Vocational training may be substituted for work experience. Basic Mechanical ability and aptitude. Preferred Qualifications: Progressively responsible experience in aspects of building construction, maintenance and repair preferably in a healthcare setting where the incumbent has gained skills in areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural systems.
