Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Everett, Washington. As part of our team, you will be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. This role revolves around quality customer service, data entry, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide satisfactory and quality customer service under supervision

• Obtain and record customers' names, addresses, and billing information, as well as product numbers and specifications of items to be purchased

• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints or comments, and actions taken

• Perform duties related to overall customer service including the scanning of incoming customer documentation

• File completed service notifications with all customer documentation and archive files

• Conduct data entry on shared data files

• Monitor a group email and forward emails to the appropriate team to work

• Handle printing of delivery documentation

• Provide support to the sales team with regard to customer concerns

• Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality. Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry operations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Strong customer service skills to address and resolve complaints effectively

• Demonstrated ability in Sales to drive revenue growth

• Exceptional ability to produce accurate documentation adhering to company standards

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Familiarity with business procedures and process flow

• Quality focused with the ability to maintain high standards of work

• Ability to provide workstation support to team members and external customers

• Experience in Billing and Printing operations

• Ability to understand and follow specifications for various tasks

• Capable of identifying patterns in data to derive meaningful insights

• Proficient in sending notifications and updates to relevant parties

• Comfortable working under direct supervision and collaborating with a team

• Experience in dealing with external customers and managing their expectations.
