Description

We are offering a role in the logistics industry based in Wichita, KS. The job function involves handling and coordinating the repair parts for various airlines and maintenance and repair overhaul (MRO) facilities. This role requires interaction with various departments and customers, processing repair orders, handling documentation, and managing customer service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and manage logistics contracts

• Handle a large volume of written communication and data, ensuring compliance with internal and external processes

• Process and manage customer repair orders and quotes, redirecting queries when necessary

• Coordinate and create necessary documentation for equipment receipt and repair, in compliance with federal policies and procedures

• Utilize enterprise systems (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data

• Assist in liaising with intra-company departments regarding warranty, credit, billing, etc.

• Maintain knowledge of the organization and products to provide appropriate information and support to customers

• Document customer service needs consistently to identify patterns and maintain quality

• Perform tasks that require consistent movement, including boxing and unboxing up to 15 lbs.

Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and handling external customers' queries.

• Experience in office functions and providing workstation support.

• Strong skills in documentation, training, and written communication.

• Understanding of procedures and policy related to logistics, billing, and materials handling.

• Ability to manage accounts and contracts effectively.

• Knowledge of quality measures in logistics and facility management.

• Experience in handling credit and receipt related tasks.

• Understanding of patterns in logistics and ability to adapt accordingly.

• Proficiency in using Enterprise System, MRO, and SAP S/4HANA.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Ability to handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Strong written communication skills to clearly convey information.

• Proficiency in contract management and account management.
