Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Administrative Assistant position will support Labor Relations by scheduling meetings, taking notes during labor management and investigatory meetings, and creating agendas. Responsibilities also include managing grievances, tracking due dates, scheduling contract negotiations, and filing related documents. Attention to detail and confidentiality are key requirements for success in this role.* This full-time position is located in Everett, WA.*
Pay rate: $25 - $32.42

Responsibilities:
- Assist Labor Relations with scheduling meetings, including labor management and investigatory meetings.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and help prepare follow-up materials.
- Seek agenda items and create agendas for various labor management meetings.
- Manage grievances from represented groups by handling intake, logging, and entering details into the HRIS system.
- Track grievance due dates and send reminders for upcoming deadlines.
- Schedule contract negotiation dates and room bookings, ensuring all related documentation (discipline and grievance documents) is appropriately filed.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a labor relations or human resources setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with good interpersonal communication skills.
