About the job:

Part of the EMEA Retail Design Development Center, our team oversees Visual Merchandising & Store Design across the region according to marketing strategies and calendars.We interface with Global Brand teams as well as development and procurement teams to guarantee full respect of the brief and brand requirements. We also support our affiliates to implement the best execution instore and ensure the brand equity. This instructive internship has various missions that allow the student to fully understand the visual communication of a luxury brand, work in the core strategy of an international group and learn its Retail stakes. You will be highly autonomous, entrusted with responsibility and you will speak English every day.

About your responsibilities:

  • Management of New Retail Concept door openings for all EMEA markets (help on item orderings production follow up with the supplier)

  • Update organization

  • Planogram creation for skincare & makeup regional guidelines

  • Database update with new products & VM elements

  • Help on launch guideline preparation

  • Analytics studies on competition analysis & market research

  • Project & affiliate surveys

  • VIP visit coordination

  • SD Follow up with markets

  • VM Pack / Database Follow up / Market information analysis & affiliate team support

Qualifications

About you:

Minimum Education Level: Bac 4/5 from Business School

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1 previous professional experience required.

Required Language Proficiency: French, English (spoken & written - mandatory)

Licenses or Certifications: Graduate student in a Business School or equivalent

Additional Job Specifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Capability to work in a team environment, very good interpersonal skills

  • Rigorous, well organized, detail oriented, open minded & strong sense of aesthetics

  • Adaptability & ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Keen interest in cosmetics & luxury
